Our Story
Founded by Dr. Lavanika, an overseas dentist who personally walked the ADC path, our academy began with a simple mission: to make preparation easier, clearer, and more compassionate. What started as peer-to-peer mentoring has grown into a trusted training ground for thousands of dentists worldwide. Every course we create is grounded in empathy, experience, and the belief that no candidate should feel alone.

2019
Dr Lavanika began by hosting weekly study circles for the ADC written exam to support first-generation learners who needed a trusted guide in their ADC journey.
2022
Those living-room sessions evolved into a full academy with face-to-face Communication OSCE roleplays, Skilled OSCE courses, and onsite mock exams.
2024
We welcomed our first cohort for the newly designed 2-week onsite Technical Skills course.
Today
